• Teaching Access - Academic staff, please refer to your Subject Database contact if you cannot see the classes that you are teaching. They will set up a connection to the subject database (called a 'staff association') and access is immediate.

        • Having Trouble Viewing our pages? Links not loading? We build and test our systems for Internet Explorer (compatibility off). We recommend using SMP systems in Internet Explorer (version 11 as per UOW IMTS roll outs).
          Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox may work for some functions within our SMP systems, however as these browsers update regularly as determined by Google/Mozilla respectively, we cannot guarantee that all SMP systems will perform as they should if IE11 is not used. Likewise with Apple's Safari browser.

        • Currently using Windows 10?
          Microsoft Edge is the new default browser for Windows 10 and is currently incompatible with some SMP functions that utilise Adobe PDF.
          We recommend that you set Internet Explorer as your default browser. You can view our instructions for changing default browsers and adding Internet Explorer to your taskbar from our SMP pages
