** As long as the nominating person is a UOW employee, you can bring your own kids, your grandkids, your nieces or nephews, family friends or even the neighbour's kids.

A picnic/carnival atmosphere is created for the children with the following attractions:

• Giant Slide
• Boat Ride
• Trackless Train
• Jumping Castle
• Mechanical Bull
• Fairy Floss
• Face Painter

Please note that although it is a later start time, Santa will still pay the children a visit around 1:00pm (presents are given out after Santa arrives).

Don't forget your beach umbrellas, chairs, blankets, sunscreen and hats.

You can purchase a sausage sizzle/steak sandwich for lunch or bring your own. Cold drinks will also be available for purchase.

On the day there will be a raffle with fantastic prizes including a Christmas Hamper.

• Donations towards the hamper are greatly appreciated and can be left with Rachel Pados, Accomodation Services, Building 36, Ground Floor.

The Christmas Party is a non-profit event. The purchase price of each child's ticket covers the cost of the child's gift. All of the fun activities are covered by fundraising activities throughout the year and generous donations from University and local community.

The Organising Committee appreciates the ongoing support of the Vice-Chancellor and the UOW Social Club.

Cost:

• Early Bird (before 2nd October) - $20
  
• Regular (3rd October to 30th October) - $25
  

No registrations will be accepted after 30th October.

We have changed the structure a little to try and encourage early registration. We have also incorporated the ability to register and pay for your tickets online here:
http://unicentre.uow.edu.au/kids_christmas/.
Just select the number of kids you will be bringing with you and follow the instructions.

You can still pay by cash too, simply download the registration form here: registration form (pdf), complete it, print it and take it to the UniCentre office (Building 11) with your money.

Tickets will be available for collection from the UniCentre main office in Building 11 from Monday 1st November till Wednesday 11th November 2009. An email will be sent closer to the time to remind you of this.
