Access to Personal Files

The Personnel Services Division maintains employment records in relation to each academic and general staff member during their period/s of employment with the University.  Records are stored in an electronic storage system called ImageREAL in accordance with the University’s requirements on recordkeeping.

Records are confidential and may be accessed by a relevant officer in the Personnel Services Division for work related purposes.  In most cases, this will be your Human Resources Advisor or Payroll Officer.  Records relating to workers compensation or rehabilitation are restricted to the OH&S Unit.
