The University has developed Electrical Safety Guidelines to help minimise the risk of injury associated with the hazards involved when using electrical equipment.
The guidelines include:
- Responsibilities
- Management of electrical hazards
- Testing and inspection of electrical appliances
- Power boards and extension sets
- Residual current devices
- Reporting of electrical accidents
