Risk assessments can now be stored in SafetyNet.  The new generic risk assessment form provides easy retrieval and flexibility, you can carry out part of a risk assessment on one day, store it online, and return to it at a later date. Risk assessments also follow the approval process, same as the SWP form, and can be accessed at any time using the search function.

Risk assessment forms for specialised task such as hazardous substances are not currently available. These are to be incorporated at a later stage.
