What is the Global Corporate Challenge?

The Global Corporate Challenge (otherwise known as the GCC) is a health and wellbeing initiative which is available for UOW Staff to participate in from 23 May to 12 September 2013.  The whole idea is to get us moving and encourage healthy lifestyle habits.  Teams are formed of 7 willing participants who each receive a pedometer (accelerometer - see FAQ Document) to record their daily steps and log them online through the GCC Web Portal - it sounds a lot harder than what it is!

How Do I Register A Team?

Registration is easy: all you need is 7 participants, choose a captain and follow the link below and enter the information required.  If you run into any issues give the WHS Unit a call on 3931. 

If you are struggling to fill a team give Ellen Wahlroos call on x3931 and she will help put you in touch with some others to form a team.

Registration Open: 26 March 2013
