EO Online is a self-paced online equal opportunity traning program for higher education employees. It contains many real life examples and employs interactive learning techniques. EO Online is updated annually.

UOW expects all staff to complete this program. Completion is mandatory for all supervisors, managers, new staff (within six months of appointment), personnel staff and members of selection and promotion committees.

Staff are encouraged to re-visit EO Online periodically to refresh their knowledge, and to use the program as a resource when necessary.

EO Online consists of two modules. Module 1 is for everyone. Module 2 is specifically aimed at supervisors and managers.

At the end of each module you are asked to enter your details to confirm your completion of the module. A Certificate of Attainment will be emailed to you at your nominated address.
