Diversity Week 2010

Launch Invitation

The University of Wollongong thrives on the diversity of our students and staff. Our campus life is enriched by people from different countries, backgrounds, abilities and disabilities, ethnicities, religious beliefs, ages, sexualities and gender identities.

Diversity Week provides all students and staff of UOW, as well as the wider
community, the opportunity to both celebrate our differences and to encourage the acceptance of a wide range of beliefs and views within our community.

The Diversity week program includes events ranging from a staff and student photography competition, Rollerhawks Wheelchair Basketball interactive demonstration, a gender and diversity lunch, Multicultural activities with International Food Fair, Powerhouse Museum Art Exhibition, Unimovie screening of 'Precious,' a great night of BINGAY at Unibar plus many more exciting events!

So get involved and help celebrate Diversity Week!
