SMP_Central Version 2.6.7 (Release June 2003)

The following changes have been included in the April 2003 Release of SMP_Central:

Depending on the Permission you have to access SMP Central, you may not see all the tabs mentioned in these notes.

Version2.6.7 has been released mid session to enable WUC to 'Go Live'.

Class Roll

"Set" button available in Class Roll tab and Attendance tab - this allows the user to select multiple rows and set the same value in them all.

Define Groups

"Define Groups" has new field called "Group Meeting Dates" which is used by the Attendance module (to be used by WUC initially).

New 'Types' have been added - Laboratory and Pass (Pass program).

Group Instance - Times now appear as 24 hour clock. End Time has been increased to 21:30.

Assign Groups

"Assign Groups" now has an "enroll/remove all students" checkbox

Attendance

New Attendance tab - this has been built specifically for WUC, and will only be used by them initially. Once it has been used and proven, it can be opened up for others to use if desired.

Define Tasks

Task Marks

Average & Standard Deviation available within the "Task Marks" entry screen - previosuly this displayed the average and SD as calculated from the Final Marks tab - it now displays the Average and SD for the individual task (calculated for enrolled students for that task)

More efficient Advanced Search tab - re-designed to address the performance issues experienced at the beginning of session 1.
