Student Management Package (SMP) OnLine Help

Welcome to SMP_Central OnLine Help.

This site is intended to:

• outline the key functions available to users of the Student Management Package
• provide instructions for setting up your web browser to run the program correctly
• answer those questions people frequently ask about using SMP_Central

The Student Management Package can be used by lecturers, subject co-ordinators and other staff to:

• view and edit class rolls;
• group students into tutorials, practicals and so on;
• define and maintain tasks;
• enter and grade marks;
• publish finalised marks to the next level of review;
• send SOLSMail messages;
• view Annual Progress Reports for research students;
• administer Special Consideration applications; and
• perform student and subject data searches.
