The Advanced Search screen can be used
to produce a list of students or a list of subjects.
The Search Criteria iis divided into two sections
- Criteria for Student Search ONLY (this can be used
to search for students or subjects)
- Criteria for Subject Search ONLY (this can only be used for subject
searches).

Example 1
You can choose to include or exclude criteria.
If you wanted to do a search on all students

include Course Staus of Active (the search would only
pick up those students who current have course 573 with

you could exclude Course Status of Complete (this would return a list of all students
with course 573 who have a status of Active, Transfer,
Corrected, Suspended, Restricted, Leave of Abscence,
Lapsed, Discontinued, Extended, Show Cause, Pending,
Excluded or Cancelled).
