To request a development simply fill out the form below and return it to the Performance Indicators Project Team in Building 113. If you have any questions please contact a member of the Performance Indicator Project Team.
Users who are experiencing continuing problems should contact one of the Performance Indicator Project Team members or fill out a User issue form as quickly as possible. We will deal with any issues promptly providing users with feedback. Issues raised and solutions will also be incorporated into Cognos training. We appreciate all feedback and would like to know about even the smallest problems as we hope to provide you with the best service possible.
